Weight on the scales this morning down further. OK in 2 days dropping from 172 to 167.2 is pretty huge. I felt fine but went for my calipers all the same. And guess what? That displace was due to fat being remove from my body! Fabulous. That’s exactly what I needed to know before setting out on day 3 because I must admit that I’m beginning to feel desire a rabbit here! No protein? And no carbs either but that’s easier to handle actually. What am I saying here? That vegetarians are rabbits? Nope they get protein from grains and legumes thus their protein needs are met and they have no protein cravings. OK? This detox is simply depriving me of protein for 3 days and that’s fine but I’m glad it’s over tomorrow Still. I must tell you that this is worth it. Eating this squeeky clean for 3 days is deffinitely not the easiest thing there is but who said life was easy? Hey come on guys if you keep doing the same thing over and over you’ll just keep getting the same results over and over right? Step out of your comfort zones. go up to the contend. Grab the opportunity of life! Take charge of your now and later. Never mind yesterday that’s gone you can’t change it anyway so why even dwell on it? You made a mistake? Just to update everyone. I am still alive. I am usually on here posting like a crazy person every day but life has been work and stressful and blah blah blah. But between looking for a back up job searching (and finding!) for a college to get my Psych degree finding a kitten and trying to sight her a domiciliate (p s. anyone want a sweet little kitten?) and countless other little things.. it tends to get that way. Just got off my 3 day diet. I conclude good about food now i've learned that we must not be to eat but eat to live! we dont need a lot of food to maintain and not be hungry. The only drink go is that i didnt get to excercise while dieting if i could undergo done both i experience the results would undergo been much better. But i ordain start again Monday and hopefully get some excercise in there. I am a 36 year old mother of 2. My baby is 7months old. Since giving bring forth i am having a really hard time losing charge!! and staying consistant with ANYTHING(apply diet diet pills). I was a work out hit about 3 years ago. But for some cerebrate i just cant...
