Do you care for your own health ?

undergo you ever compassionate for your health? My mom also told me to rest early to let your body rest more and stay healthy. I know my mom is right all along but i still stay up late compete online bet and i know that is bad for me. I like to know your opinion about which do you like. Fun or Healthy life? I express you health is priceless.
I think I do care about my health but probably not enough. I am sure there is so much more what I can do but sometimes it is not worth it to push your be hard. I am trying to eat very healthy a lot of frutis veggies and not much abstain food. Also I drink a lot of green tea what should protect me against cancer. I also excersice regularly. Of course I have some bad habits also who doesn't have them?
I don't really care about my health. Everyday not enough rest. rest only few hours. Always eat a lots of unhealthy foods. I want to have a healthy life but i just can't to care for it. So funny...
